Realise
Getting a silver made me realise a lot of things.
One, the many people around me. They care and love me and comforted me and cried for the band too, when they saw how sad we all were.
Two, the band has become really bonded and united as one. We will continue to play our music and live the legend.
Three, i realise I really do love band and my section. For syf, we sacrified so much, and for the gold we worked so hard. All of us used to complain about the never ending practices and endless exchanges, but down to it all, we all know it was worth it. Worth it all to slog our guts out and play our best.
Lastly, our conductors. They were the ones who made it all. They were the ones who brought us so far. They were the ones who brought us to japan and organised the many exchanges.
Thankyou ms sia, thank you mr ong.
[we say it everyday after band prac. but this is my first saying it ever so true.]
Cedar Symphonic Band, will always be the best.
